The course of studies is aimed at: Trained chefs who want to take on management responsibility and acquire the key qualifications required for this. But also interested parties who cannot prove that they have an apprenticeship degree but have the relevant professional experience can take the advanced training course to become a chef.

external assistant examination for the cook IHK
The course is aimed at: lateral entrants, semi-skilled and unskilled employees and family members with at least 16 months of work experience in the hospitality industry (kitchen, service) in communal or catering.

Additional qualification as diet cook IHK
The course of studies is aimed at: The course of study is aimed at chefs and specialists in the field of nutrition and home economics, but also at lateral entrants with at least 3 years of professional experience in the kitchen, home economics and nutrition.
